It’s that strange time of year for closets. For some, the chill of fall and impending winter has already settled in the everyday forecast and you’ve replaced tanks and tees for scarves and sweaters. For others, a lingering occasional warm spell warrants summer and winter wardrobes, and your closet seems to bust at the seams. During these times, clothing and footwear staples can help bridge the gap between warm and cool weather outfits.

We had a blog not long ago where we asked our stylist, Edie, how to style the Moxie pump from Desk to Date. This time, we asked her to show how a new tasseled moccasin loafer, Hope, can be worn in any temperature.

When the sun is out, you can’t go wrong with a basic white tee and rolled up jeans. Add a fun scarf and now you’re styling. Hope in Webster Wine gives a splash of comfort and color to the ensemble. Finally, our handbag, Michelle in Wool Perf (found in select SAS stores) makes a great cross-body or shoulder bag for all your needs.

When it gets chilly, trade the tee for a patterned long-sleeve with a trendy olive green moto-jacket to keep warm. A lovely wine colored felt hat complements the look while Hope keeps the outfit grounded. A rustic saddlebag like Sarah in Cognac (found in select SAS stores) provides plenty of storage along with a warm handcrafted style.

Keep up with our blog to see what Edie will style next!
