Through a coordinated effort, SAS Comfort and Support Team fit and gave out free shoes to disaster victims at Abraham Kazen Middle School in San Antonio, Texas on September 5, 2017. During the shoe fitting process, many opened up about this difficult time.

What many homes in the Baton Rouge area looked like, gutted of ruined belongings after floods hit hard in early August, 2016.

The SAS Comfort and Support team took thousands of shoes and a few helping hands to Baton Rouge, LA this August (2016) to fit flood victims with new shoes. Lines of flood victims gathered at Gospel Light Church for necessities like clothing, food and the most comfortable shoes in the world. Approximately 1600 pairs of shoes made it onto the feet of those in need.

Each October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and for the past few years SAS has been partnering up with charities to raise support and awareness for this disease. In 2016, SAS is partnering with Living Beyond Breast Cancer, an organization that provides educational, emotional and financial support to those affected by Breast Cancer. In a few weeks, we will unveil ways you can help support LBBC with SAS. At SAS, we realize community involvement is vital to any city. Because of this, we’ve donated over 6,000 pairs of shoes locally and abroad through our involvement with Soles4Souls, Haven for Hope and various non-profit organizations. SAS also gave a 300 pair donation to QVC for the FFANY Shoes on Sale program in 2014 to help raise funds for Breast Cancer research, and over $30,000 raised for charities like Operation Homefront. A company committed to philanthropy, we aim to help those in need, one pair of shoes at a time.
