Designed to follow the shape and natural arches of your foot. Initial fit should be wide enough to stay very comfortable across the ball of the foot yet roomy enough in the front so the toes are not cramped. The heel should be snug and should not slip while walking.
Genuine Moccasin Construction: The hand laced moccasin construction wraps soft supple leather completely around your foot and allows great flexibility.
EZ Lace™ System: Loosen the top lace until there are about two inches of lace left on each end, allowing the foot to slip in easily. Once the foot is in place, the EZ Lace™ slides through the rings so easily you have to be careful not to lace too tight. Use the second eyelet for a tighter fit.
SAS Foot-Shape® Last: Developed and crafted by SAS Shoemakers, this unique last follows the natural shape of your foot, providing all-day comfort while giving plenty of room for your toes.
All-Day Comfort Supersoft® Lightweight Sole: The wider sole base provides increased stability and maximum shock absorption. This sole is made of long-lasting, molded polyurethane containing millions of tiny air bubbles to cushion each step.
Siesta for the feet! review by Sandra on 6/20/2017
Received my two pair of shoes today, and these went on my feet immediately after the delivery man left. I wore them for 8 hours and they felt like they were made just for me. Love all my SAS shoes, but Siesta is my favourite style. Also love that they have come out in some colours again.
love 'em! review by Nancy on 4/2/2017
I have worn these shoes for over 10 yrs. I broke a leg during chemo and it did not heal 100% correctly.
I found that these are the best shoes for me re balance and comfort. I used to buy them in a local shoe store but it had to close for renovations and I was stuck. I now order online and I am very happy. The workmanship is outstanding but it seems to me as if some of the sole/padding has been lessened. Also, they stopped making my size in white and there is a special amount they charge to produce white. I am in the health field and will not spend the extra to pay for white. I wear them constantly and I wish they had a 'frequent buyers' club. That is how many I have bought over the years.

These are my absolute favourite shoes in the world. I'm 28 years old and I've been wearing these shoes for at least 5 years... I'm on my third pair right now.
I bought my second pair and proceeded to walk 10km in them right out of the store. They are incredibly comfortable and I think they look SO COOL too.
I heard a rumour at the shoe store that this colour was going to be discontinued. I hope that never happens!!! These are my shoes for life!!

I absolutely love these shoes. The color is fabulous. The workmanship is perfect to the tee. The first day they arrived, I wore them over 8 hours. It's like walking on a cloud. They are very light weight shoes.
I am disabled and my feet swell tremendously. These shoes are perfect for that.. As the day wears on my feet reduce in water content so I just tie them up a bit tighter.
I love them so much I bought two more pair.
Quality, comfort, and fit are very important to SAS. Because of this, we always recommend being fitted for SAS shoes at one of our retail stores whenever possible. Our in-store fittings include the use of The Brannock Device to get an indication of proper size. A shoe is not ‘fitted’ until it is placed on the foot, but the fitting process can begin with this device. Size is first measured heel to toe, then the arch measurement is taken from ball to heel and width measurement is indicated on the outer side of the foot. Both feet are measured and a variety of sizes and widths may be recommended to try before making a final selection.

Tips for Measuring and Fitting
- Remember, when we go up in size, the width may also increase.
- All styles fit differently.
- Many customers may require doctor recommended orthotics. Inserts may require added depth in the shoe and make it fit differently, so try to account for this adjustment.
