This shoe ran very small despite my ordering WIDE size! Thus, I simply wanted to EXCHANGE it for a larger size since I love the style! Customer Service was very irresponsible and unprofessional and showed no empathy!! I spent so much money on shoes with SAS, but they said since I brought it on SALE I could not to do an EXCHANGE! It's like they are punishing me for buying the shoes on sale!!! I simply want a larger size!! These shoes do not fit and the zipper didn't work properly once tried on! All I want is a LARGER size and functioning zipper for these shoes!!

These run small and narrow. I have 2 pairs of the thong sandals and they are my absolute favorite, go to, shoes. I got these to be my cold weather, go to shoes. I ordered my normal size 9M but returned. Ordered a 9.5 W and they aee still too tight in the toe box and across the tops of my foot. Also tight around my ankle. I needed to leave the zippers undone to walk. The leather is very rigid. I used shoe stretch solution and wore them to the mall, but my feet and hips and calves were tired in an hour. I had blisters as well. I havent given up yet. I am going to put shoe expanders in and see if it helps but I think it is the design. I expected much more for this price point. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love my Delia's Low boot! I use them Fall, Winter and Spring! They are so comfortable to use on the daily, especially when on my feet all day at work but still want to have a sense of style. The best of both worlds Style & Comfort!
